Data transmitted over this FTP-Solution are in the
full responsibility of the user.
Any usage has to comply with the law in force.
This applies particularly to the following:
1. The FTP may not be used for retrieval or dissemination of
immoral or illegal content
2. It is strictly prohibited to use copyrighted goods that were
unlawfully reproduced, distributed or otherwise made available
3. It is obligatory to respect the youth protection regulations
4. Refrain from the dissemination of harassing, libelous or
threatening content
5. It is illegal to use the FTP for sending bulk messages (spam)
and / or other forms of illegal advertisement
6. It is strictly forbidden to share copyrighted content,
particularly music and / or movie files
Any violation of the rules of lawful usage of this FTP-Solution will
result in legal action. The user indemnifies Bisnode D&B
Switzerland as the owner of the FTP-Solution for any damages
and claims by third parties on an unlawful use. If a user detects
such a violation of law he is obliged to immediately notify
Bisnode D&B of this abuse of the solution.
By logging in the user agrees to policies (Terms and Conditions)
and confirm to have read, understand and accept them.
